Terrific Tuesday 15 Nov ’16 | Motivational Post – Psalm 139

PSALM 139

Yesterday while on my hour long whats app call with my dearest friend in France, she gave me this scripture to read, only good things come from our long chats.

So, of course I went in search of the passage and was greeted with a wonderful message.

I am not alone, His presence is with us always, even when we cant feel it or don’t want to believe it. We might be mad at GOD for all the things going wrong in our life. We probably don’t understand his plan, BUT he is faithful, he is loving and he does have a plan.

Your eyes saw my unformed body;
    all the days ordained for me were written in your book
    before one of them came to be.

The Lord knows you, he has been there with you from the moment you were conceived, your life planned out, before you took your first breath. Yes, you will probably stumble, the Lord did give us control over our own thought and feelings. Ultimately we are feel to choose which path we want, but sometimes we will return to that same spot because we were meant to take the other road.

HE can’t force us, nor does he want to. He wants us to choose for ourselves. But he is always with us, there is no escaping him… He knows our darkest times and he knows when we soar with the eagles. He is always there.

So I think my motivational post for today is, Don’t stop believing, Don’t stop trusting. You are fearfully and wonderfully made but a GOD who loves you dearly.

The chips are going to fall down, life is going to knock you down. but regardless of your weaknesses, you also have strengths. Trust that his plan is greater than you can ever imagine… sometimes it doesn’t seem fair (I’ve been there, and its so easy to get caught in all that negativity), we don’t have the answer for why things go bad or bad people do bad things, or even why good people do bad things.

You have searched me, Lord,
    and you know me.
You know when I sit and when I rise;
    you perceive my thoughts from afar.
You discern my going out and my lying down;
    you are familiar with all my ways.

Life isn’t easy, but its worth it. The trials make you stronger; let your faith be bigger than your fears and lastly, never give up!
